Every journal and keepsake is lovingly handcrafted, carefully packaged and shipped with care to help ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time As each order is individually prepared, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Orders are shipped from Australia using a trusted postal or courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details. All orders include tracking.
Domestic Delivery (Australia) After dispatch, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
International Shipping We ship internationally. After dispatch, please allow 2–6 weeks for delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. SLD Evermore cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photographs of the packaging and the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Lost or Delayed Parcels Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with you and the shipping provider to help locate your order.
